He teaches intellectual property law at Pantheon University – Sorbonne Paris 1, as well as IHEDREA, School of Territorial Management and Agribusiness.

He is the author of the book “The signs of the quality of agri-food products” published by Editions France Agricole, as well as many legal articles in different publications.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences devoted to this subject both in France and abroad, as well as in the context of professional training.

Our methodologies

Audit. Beforehand we determine the nature of the problem to be solved in the context of a wide contact with our interlocutor.
Fix the problem. We propose the solution or solutions that we think are most appropriate to the resolution of the problem taking into account all the parameters and we submit them to the approval of our interlocutor
costing. We submit a quotation according to the nature of the interventions either on the basis of a package, or according to the working time carried out, or still according to the result obtained, or even by cumulating these different approaches and this in a constant concern cost-effectiveness ratio.
